Return & Refund Policy
At Ellis & Bloome, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not quite right, please review the policy below.
Important Notice
We do not offer free returns.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, you may be eligible for either:
- a replacement, or
- a refund.
In these cases, no return is required unless we specifically ask for one. We will need:
- your order number, and
- clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
2. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchased from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and clearly state that you wish to cancel your order.
Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days.
3. Change of Mind / Unwanted / Wrong Size Items
If your item arrives in good condition but you no longer want it, or you ordered the wrong size, you may request a return under your cancellation rights as set out above.
Returned items must be sent back in accordance with the return instructions we provide.
Please note:
- return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility;
- we do not offer free returns;
- the item must be returned in accordance with the conditions below.
- For this type of return we're unable to offer a full refund.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be returned within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation;
- be in its original condition;
- include all original packaging, labels, and components where possible;
- not show signs of wear, use, washing, damage, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and fit.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.
5. How to Request a Return

Please include:
- your order number
- your full name
- your delivery address
- the reason for your return request
- photos or videos, if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address if applicable.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit.
Customers are also responsible for any customs requirements related to the return.
Please do not use a shipping method that requires the recipient to complete customs clearance on delivery, as such returns may not be accepted by the warehouse.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned item, or earlier proof that it has been sent back.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
If you cancelled your order within the legal cancellation period, we will refund the price paid for the goods. We may reduce the refund if the item shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit.
8. Order Cancellation Before Delivery
Because orders are processed quickly, we may not be able to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you may still cancel it under your legal cancellation rights after delivery, as explained above.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened, worn, or used where this affects resale suitability.
If an item is non-returnable for hygiene reasons, this will be made clear on the product page.
